Baseball Fun w/ Old Navy
As many of you know, lately I've been working with Old Navy on some very fun campaigns. This past weekend they invited Harper and I to go to the A's game across the Bay Bridge at the Oakland Coliseum. It was so much fun! Admittedly, I don't know too much about baseball (sports ball?), but I do know we both love hot dogs and nachos! How could we say no? We both dressed in some super fun Old Navy getaway shirts and headed off to the ballpark. Going to the game brought back lots of fun memories. All the singing and cheering and silly games with the crowds are always the best. We even ended up on the jumbotron twice for our super cool dance moves!
The nice thing about being in Oakland is that it is always about 15-20 degrees warmer than San Francisco. It was nice to finally change out that SF sweatshirt for a fun sunhat and floral shirt.
I rarely wear hats, but this straw flat-brim made me want to do spin moves and smile. It was also one of the first times I've gone to a baseball game without getting sun burned. Major plus!
Of course we had to get a couple hot dogs. What is a baseball game without hot dogs?? It was actually the first thing we did, even before we found our seats. Midway through the game the A's started losing, so we tried to turn things around by getting some mac and cheese for good luck. It didn't work, but at least we were full and happy.
At one point we "snuck up" to the nosebleed seats to do a quick photoshoot. We know, we know, we are supposed to sneak closer to the field. We just thought the view was more amazing from above!
Always a benchwarmer at heart
We had an amazing time at the game! It felt like summer and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you again Old Navy. Make sure to check out their fun getaway shirts here .
