New Year, New Healthier Me

Happy New Year’s friends! Can you believe we are in a NEW decade?? Crazy. Like many of you, I’m trying to start off my new year right, in a happy and healthier way. Here are my ideas: I want to at eat healthier, sleep better, exercise more, and make sure I’m getting all of my vitamins and nutrients. You all know I love OLLY (see previous posts HERE and HERE), and so I’m super excited to announce that I am going to be partnering with them again this coming year. If you don’t know, OLLY is a vitamin and supplement brand that makes a whole variety of delicious gummies…and I mean, they are almost too delicious. Here are some of their new products (and my old favorites) that I think you all will really like.

These peachy gummy rings are my NEW FAVE. Plus, eating two of them each day helps give a youthful glow and diminishes lines and wrinkles. Collagen is known for having all kinds of positive benefits, including making skin more firm and resilient. Getting wrinkles is an inevitable reality, so why not do all we can to delay them and make them less visible :)

I was super excited to try these bad boys. I often get soooo distracted at work, especially in the afternoon when the morning caffeine wears off. These gummies do the trick and have been super helpful. They are full of Ginseng, Alpha GPC, and B Vitamins, a combo that naturally helps your brain focus and get back on track.  I keep them handy in my desk drawer and take them every afternoon.

 A protein powder that actually tastes good? It exists! I’ve enjoyed adding this to my post workout routine. Adding more protein to your diet is always a great idea, and something that I typically struggle with. I typically just shake two scoops with water after the gym, but there is also a tasty recipe on OLLY’s site.  It’s also super easy to just add it to any of your favorite smoothie recipes. Plus its plant based, which means you’re being good to yourself and the environment.

Still my go to at night. Been using these ones for a while, and they truly send me fast to sleep. They have a delicious Blackberry flavor, and I typically take two right before I brush my teeth at night. Next thing I know I’m drifting off into dream land.  They use a blend of Melatonin, L-Theanine and Botanicals to naturally help your body fall asleep. I definitely recommend if you have trouble sleeping at night.
